Stevensons range of fibrous plaster arches are tailored to your exact requirements, and can be manufactured to suit any width opening. Available in a range of styles, including semi-circular and semi-elliptical, and with a wide variety of decorative mounting point designs available, Stevensons plaster arches can turn any opening into a finely crafted archway.
Our design range of decorative plaster arches have been produced exclusively for Stevensons by distinguished classical architect Ben Pentreath, based on guidelines established by James Gibbs (1682-1754). Working to these classical guidelines, our arches can be specified for any width opening, and can be installed onto a traditional corbel support, finely detailed pilasters or alternatively, impost mouldings to create a seamless look.
Our team of experienced designers can produce plaster arch mouldings to suit any width opening, tailoring the arch span and design to match your specific requirements. From semi-circular and semi-elliptical, to more detailed gothic designs, our experienced in-house Drawing Office will work with you to produce the perfect design for your arch, including any enrichments such as keystones, supporting corbels or detailed pilasters.
Please complete the three sections below, with details of your arch requirements - a guide to the measurements we require is shown below. Once submitted, our team will review the specification, and contact you with a quote.
Once a design has been agreed, our craftsmen will create a completely unique mould for your arch, from which a finely detailed fibrous plaster archway will be produced, including any wall infill needed to support it. Depending on your requirements, this can be installed as one single pre-formed arch, or alternatively installed in sections and finished on-site.
